I know how to use this type of weather station as I have had one for over 50 years, but I had a delivery and it was knocked off the telephone table where I Keep it and broke beyond repair. I would have like some instructions to guide the new user. My advice is to look on the web for instructions on how to use a man woman weather station. I looked at all the options and some were quite expensive, but this one came top of my list. I liked the lay out, the design of the chalet and above all the expressions and clothing of the man and woman. Obviously this is a matter of personal choice and opinion, but they are the features upon which I made my decision after much searching.

Love this little weather house. Brought it as a wedding anniversary gift for my husband, but my young children love it too.

We did have a little issue that the gut string needed to be pulled up for it to work properly as the little man was resting on the floor, but I contacted the seller for this and they were very responsive and gave instructions on how to adjust the piece and messaged to ensure I had managed to do this and was happy. So was very pleased with this customer service.

I bought this for my grandmother, who has always been fascinated with the weather, and she really liked it! I had a peek at it before giving it to her, and the build quality looks good - there is also a dial on the back - you look outside at the current weather conditions, and then turn the dial to 'put out' either the man or the woman, depending on whether it is sunny or rainy, and this then callibrates the instrument for future use. The thermometer appears to be reasonably accurate too.

A nice quirky instrument with a scientific appeal, I give this a solid 4 stars.
